Coman for the second time in 10 years. First time was buying a house and this time was selling. She is just so thorough and relentless on every front for her clients. Her knowledge of the market, how to present the house if selling, and how to do the negotiations for buying/selling are outstanding. She and her staff follow through on the details of getting the documents right, making sure the client understands what’s going on, and bringing the whole affair through to the completion of closing.
